“If could give a "0" I would do it. Everytime that you have a question you need to pay $50 for the consultation. I came to withdraw my paperwork to actually go with a LAWYER. In the contract, says they will charge you an office fee, but they never mentioned how much is it ( they charge me $375). Meaning they choose how much they want to charge you. I confront the staff about this and she gets mad and replies: "that an office decision" then I wait until Gloria the Founder Exec. Director, because she needs to sign my paperwork. But they weren't able to provide me an ETA. Please, save your money and time and go to a place where they treat you with respect, dignity and transparency. And if for some reason you choose to work with them asks for copies of everything, receipts, contracts, at least you will be able to file a complaint with the Texas Attorney general office.”

“I asked Gloria if she was an actual lawyer and she couldn't answer my question. I was able to quickly find out that she isn't a lawyer, but not everybody is able to do that. It's pretty clear that she doesn't disclose this information openly with everybody. She even claimed to be a lawyer in one of the responses to one of her reviews here. Very shady practices. Stay as far away as possible.”

“If I could give 0 starts I would, terrible service. They extended my mother's case and made us wait for information when it was too late. They never respond. And they practically dodge phone calls like it's the plague. Save your time and go somewhere else. Oh and when something happened in our case she would say it wasn't her fault and that she can't control what immigration says, but she wasn't telling us anything that was happening. We were out of the picture of our own case. Some lawyer she is, she never even called to update us. We made always called first and she never answered. If you want to feel ignored professionally go with her.”

“Service was horrible a hispanic white chubby girl took my parents in for their case and was really rude and unprofessional to them ,their case was a bit expensive, i had no problem with that , the problem was their service,definitely will be looking for another lawyer thats "professional" something thats seems so hard for them to provide here.”

“They're not helping people, they take advantage of them. I assume that when you start a case over here they will update you with any new information even though like Gloria said "there's nothing to do" however is their job to call and keep you inform about everything. They make you pay every time you have a question about a case that you already paid for at the beginning of the process. They made me go to the building, pay 53$ for consulting to tell me that "there's nothing to do than wait" then why you guys didn't call me for an update or to inform about all notifications you get about the case? Or at least tell me that when I called? Oh that btw they don't reply that often. Do not recommend at all.”

“We contacted this company for advice, we went there and waited three hours to meet with a lawyer. Not only that, they took our money before the consultation, which I think is unacceptable, we never received an answer to all our questions. They really take advantage of people, people need help, but they only take their last money. I really don't recommend going there, you will be left with nothing. Walk around them three blocks away. I hope this information will allow other people to avoid our mistake.”

“I have been coming here for years to get help with my DACA so naturally I decided this was a good place to get help with my visa request. I was very wrong. Every time I stopped by, I would get different information from every lawyer about what I did and didn't need for my case. What finally caused me to give up on this establishment is the fact that I was required to take 2 money orders of nearly $500 to open my case. The day I took them in, I received another list of things they "needed" which included two more money orders of nearly $2,000. Myself being a teen mom, this isn't easy money to come up with so I asked the lawyer who was helping me if I have to bring this money in within a certain time frame. I was told no, to take my time. Turns out this information was incorrect and I in fact only had a YEAR to get this list ready and come up with the money or else my case would get closed and I would have to re-submit the $500 AGAIN. Something that could've been avoided if the people working here had given me the correct information in the first place. After all the whole reason I came here is because I am not a lawyer and I am not familiar with the immigration process, so I assumed I could trust what I was being told. Also, as if that wasn't enough...when I was told I had to re- pay the $500 by another lawyer there and I informed her that I was told there was no time frame, the response I got was " Did I say that?" Talk about unprofessional!!!! Not to mention the fact that I waited 4+ hours to get my case file and still didn't receive all the paperwork. Very disappointed with my experience here and sad to say I will never be back.”

“went 7/30/18. Very nice people, Even the young lady that I met with to "answer" my questions. Loved that she was very patient and kind, but I wish she was knowledgeable and confident when it came to answering my questions. I just wish she actually knew about the topics!”
