Frequently Asked Questions
Is it free to list my law firm?
Yes. Submitting a listing request through Texas Attorney Finder is free. We do not charge attorneys or law firms a fee to be included in our directory.
How long does it take to get listed?
Most listing requests are reviewed within 2–3 business days. Complex submissions or those requiring additional verification may take slightly longer.
What information do I need to provide?
At minimum, we need your firm or attorney name, a contact person, email, phone number, city, and primary practice area. Street address, website, bar number, and a firm description help us build a stronger profile.
Can I update my listing after it is published?
Yes. Contact us through our Contact page or reply to any listing confirmation email with the changes you need — such as phone number, hours, website, or practice areas.
Do you verify Texas Bar membership?
We encourage firms to provide a Texas State Bar number to speed up verification. We may cross-check credentials using publicly available State Bar of Texas records before publishing.
Can I request removal of an existing listing?
If your firm already appears in the directory and you want it updated or removed, use our Contact page and include the listing URL along with verification that you represent the firm.
