“I was rear ended in a parking lot and contacted Stanley and Associates to handle my case, after a year and a half, I was notified that they were dropping me as the two insurance companies wanted to do it as a 50/50 fault accident. I had no contact initiated from their side at all and would get a call back two to three weeks after calling to discuss my case if they called back at all. My wife had the same issues but after 2 years they finally sent her a check for $3500.00. Lost my truck as it was totaled, have bills from the doctors, hospital, labs and what not, and got a ding on my insurance for getting rear ended in a parking lot. No work was done by any lawyers and as soon as work was required, they canceled with me and ran.”

“I've had no help from anyone in the law office and had my accident in June I was not at fault and the person who hit me took off and broke down a mile up the hwy so his vehicle Was abandoned and the police gave the insurance info I got nowhere with their insurance and was encourage to contact attorney to assist and these were the lawyers suggested they did call me to start physical therapy but had me going to another town everyday to do it and that was with no car or money to get transportation so basically I had to stop going sue to no transportation I told them via email my shoulder and neck was better I just really wanted to seek the damages and pain and suffering etc they said they'd get the bills from the ordeal and go to the m with all the info I've emailed and called and asked over and over what's the hold up and they keep saying oh we are still waiting dor the bills so I sent in all that I had and then that was the main ones the hospital radiologist physician and they got the others but no one has contacted me I need a car so bad and this is ruined my life since the wreck I've lost my job apt and pretty much had to start over I still have no ride and have to borrow a car or catch a ride to go to work everyday it's just starting to feel like I won't be able to recoup anything I've lost since june”
