“From the first time I called Mr Kinsman several years ago he has had my back, and worked tirelessly to get me the best outcome for my case. Unfortunately I've had to call on him more than once and he's never let me down, he even worked with my two aunts and the Judge to help get me into an in patient rehab which I know saved my life. I recently contacted Mr Kinsman about something I needed assistance with he told me what information he needed and he would get right to work on it to help me out, no questions asked. You can't ask for better than that. Even the time I had to spend in jail he was in contact with my wife every step of the way keeping her posted on what was going on and where things were going. “I would like to thank attorney Nicholas Muir with Wilson and Kinsman! It was a haul and an emotional Rollercoaster, but Nicholas listened to what I wanted, and pulled through for me. It was worth every penny! I had received a felony for something that I, to this day, don't remember doing. The felony charge was about a week after getting a severe concussion, for which I began having PCS symptoms. I have never done drugs, and police body cameras showed 0.00 for my blood alcohol level. Prior to this felony charge, I had no record, and it was truly embarrassing to have my reputation and name smeared by the people of South Bend and "busted" on FB, especially being brand new to South Bend from another state. I have since been cleared of all charges, and everything was dropped. Although I feel vindicated, the damages have already been done and I'm still picking up the pieces and putting my life back together. It may seem like a lot of money, but if it weren't for attorney Nicholas Muir (and Wilson and Kinsman), I would not have gotten the results that I did, and I would not be where I am today.
