I'll be honset I had a case I didn't think I was going win- but once I had him as my lawyer I just knew I was in good hands and regardless what was to happen he was going to put 100% effort into my case in order to make sure I was good- even with all odds against me I knew the one thing I did have on my side was having Eric as my lawyer. “I am not entirely clear why people seem to think that professionals are creatures with magical powers. Likely too much television I suppose. Attorneys are supposed to be intelligent, skilled, and remarkable in the practice of law. Eric Kinsman is all three. I went into this with expectations and not a single one of those expectations were unrealistic or misguided in any way. Eric is my attorney and no matter what, at the end of the day it is the judge that has the final say. My situation was beyond ridiculous. There were enough mitigating circumstances and details to write a novel. Every step along the way, any number of people involved could have made all of this go away. That absolutely includes me the day I entered my plea. I actually took the time to read every last comment on Eric and hope that anybody doing the same while looking for an attorney will notice mine. Take some responsibility for yourself and your life. Once you do, that is when you will see that Eric Kinsman is the first and only choice you need to make for a hire. As long as he is practicing and if I ever need an Indiana attorney again, one phone call to his office is all I will need to do.”
