“I just wanted to leave a positive review because Jason Winton was great! Even though he couldn't take my case, he at least explained to me why he couldn't. Which I haven't gotten from any other lawyer/lawyers office. He also heard me out and gave me a chance to explain what happened. I greatly appreciate his honesty and him for taking the time to explain things to me.”

“I would not recommend. If you're planning get a lawyer who can't counsel, this is your person. If you're looking to throw away money this is your person. I have screenshots of how she handled my probate case. I paid a $5000 retainer, and we had to fire her. We got back $2800 with nothing to show. She held our money and kept charging when we asked for it back. She illegally held our money, and I wouldn't have known if it wasn't for me contacting another lawyer. Take it from me, do not hire, it's a money grab. I keep screenshots, and glad I did because she locked me out of the mycase to save my records.”

“Ms. Winton and this law firm is horrible. I lost my mother and brother within four months of each other which left me a emotional mess. I referred to Ms. Winton for help to set up a probate case for my mother. I told Ms. Winton my mother had a will. She wrote in court paperwork I did not have a will. The lawyer I spoke to after Ms Winton was release from my case could not understand why she would not inform the probate court I had a will. Now the present lawyer will have to withdraw unnecessary paperwork. Please take your business to someone who don't take advantage of a senior and disabled person.”

“This lawyer was hired for a family member of mine and she was extremely unprofessional, continuously charged to answer basic questions, charged her for multiple things that weren't even necessary for her case and never even concluded the case after more than $5,000 spent my family member was forced to find someone else to handle the case. She has no real compassion for people or their issue she just wants your money & she will take as much of it as she can take of it as long as you don't ask questions or expect real results”

“This lawyer will very sneaky try to rip you off. Charges include $3500 initial retainer fee + 500 month and they will stretch your case for eternity. Most importantly during your case you notice that progress is slowly being made until you see that instead of the other party working against you that in fact your very own attorney is your enemy as well. There are a ton of good attorneys in Houston but this one will for certain lead you down a long dark stressful path guaranteed. Once this firm gets your money you are trapped inside their world of mercy and they really do a great job of making sure that suffer deeper both financially and emotionally while they continue to dig in your pockets for gold.”

“She doesn't deserve 1 star. Ms Winton. Is a nightmare.. she has no compassion for her clients. She uses lots of tricks to draw as much money from you as possible. Caused my sister so much mental anguish. A probate Case drawn out over 2 yrs.she ignored ther LEGAL WILL. She screws her for over 5000.000 and never completed case. Sooo EVIL.”
