“I spoke with Attorney Nancy today. I told her issues I would like her to help my mom resolve. I also stated I would like to set up an appointment for myself and my mom to meet her in person to talk with her. She told me I would need to pay her upfront before we meet with her for her services. I said I don't have a problem with paying you however this is my first time speaking with her over the phone I told her I would rather meet with her in person with my mom and she can go over details with my mom also and at that time I will pay her before we have our consultation. .She said I'm not doing any work for no money. I'm like wow how rude. I never said I wasn't paying her however she wanted me to zelle her a payment. I told her I rather give her the payment at the time of consultation when we come to her office.. She talked very fast and came off like a swindler . Very rude and unprofessional. I would not recommend anyone to her.”

“We found Nancy online and asked her to help us with my recently deceased mother's estate and were immediately impressed with her - over the phone, she was able to give us a price range that was very reasonable and much lower than other attorneys we called (some of which didn't even do free consultations). We met entirely virtually which was very efficient and Nancy was able to walk us through the whole case extremely quickly (we got the letters of administration in about 2 months), despite several obstacles (such as the Brazoria County court no longer accepting Zoom hearings). She was very pleasant to work with and clearly knows what she is doing since she was able to walk us through everything step by step. I highly recommend using Nancy!”
