“The secretary would not even let me finish explaining my situation before she was cutting me off to tell me she did not know if they could help me, but how can you help me if you can't even hear me all the way out don't waste your time people they don't care to understand the situation, or the circumstances, as soon as they found out that the product liability Was for a full Willer that was valued at $6500 new. She tried to push me away and tell me I need to go to a small claim so what it boils down to is if you have a small claim it's not worth their time they only take big fish.”
