“This was originally a positive review, but my experience with Girling has gone downhill progressively in the months since my eviction. Here is an honest account of my experience: 1) consultation with Marc went great. He estimated that my eviction would cost around $1500 2) The eviction went smoothly and tenant was removed. I pay bill as as agreed 3). After eviction, I keep getting charged hundreds in new fees, including $125 for an account closure fee. I told Girling to stop charging me. I have not authorized any additional expenses. But they keep adding charges anyway. 4) overall, my eviction cost about double what I was initially quoted and there was no attempt to explain the differences between the estimate and the original charges. Given this, I cannot in good conscience recommend a firm that does this. I feel like Girling Law PLLC is little better than the tenant that I evicted who was stealing from me. I am going through another eviction now, and I did not and will not call Girling. I suggest you avoid them as well unless you have unlimited funds and don't mind being charged relentlessly.”

My original complaint was I did not know the process. Jacki did a great job. (I realize too that there were some media is which may have cause some communication.). Jack very professional.”
