“This firm was recommended to us by a family friend after my mother passed. I wish I had done more research and ultimately chosen a different firm. The complete unprofessionalism of Milena and her staff is absolutely absurd. This case was not complicated. It was a probated estate with no conflicts in the family. This has taken us almost two years and over $8,000, twice as much as what was initially estimated. I was so disappointed by how they handled the case, at every step of the way and in every single aspect. They even had the gall to send me a final invoice, after already sending me a final invoice because I was begging to be done with this, for the costs of emailing me the final invoice. Double check what they charge you for! Or better yet, spend your time and money somewhere else, do not hire them. Everything was a complete and utter disaster, in the wake of a loss and grief.”

“If you would like your legal matter resolved quickly, choose a different firm. When my dad died my step-mom and I hired this firm to deal with estate (he didn't have a will), it became quickly obvious there was conflict between me and my step-mom, so I hired another firm. My step-mother kept this firm throughout the process. Because of this, the estate was not settled for almost 3 years. They never got back in a timely matter, and consistently needed the deadlines on inventory to be extended. This also meant that the representation cost thousands of more dollars than it should have. Overall, you are much better picking a different firm for representation. What should have been done in a year and should have cost about $8,000 took much longer and cost a good amount more. It was unprofessional behavior. If they could not do it in a timely matter, they should have admitted it instead of stringing me and my step-mother along.”

Milena is very intelligent , yet can bring the law down to where it is easily understood. She is extremely compassionate , but can be aggressive when the need arises. I would definitely use Milena again. On the scale of 1-10, I rate her at least 11.”
