“Initially, contact with Marilyn and staff went great. They agreed to take on our case and sent an email. When I responded to the email, I received radio silence. I sent several follow up emails and even called her office a few times asking if she would still take us as a client. They never even got back to us. Overall, I found them to be extremely unprofessional in their lack of communication after they agreed to take on our case. We had to find another lawyer as we weren't even sure if she was representing us anymore, and never heard back. I tried for several months before I gave up and wasted a lot of time. Now, we have some really responsive lawyers, and the new lawyers have been a beacon of professionalism and communication, really putting this office to shame. I wish I had never contacted Marilyn's office, because I ended up wasting months. I did hear really great things about this office, and ended up being extremely disappointed.”

“I never actually got to talk to Marilyn and was never an official client, however, I had the pleasure of speaking with her assistant, John, multiple times and he is such a kind man! He seems to genuinely care, and he is *funny*, too! Marilyn looked for records filed with her office for me, at no cost, right on the heels of getting back into town from a work trip. I'm very grateful to Marylin and John!”
