“Judy Kostura offered me a free consultation prior to determining whether or not we should move forward together. My situation involves a HIPAA violation in which my doctor, Porter Medical Associates, released my full name associated with my email address, alongside my medications, specific labs required for my care, specific consent forms required for my care (including not only a description, but copies of the actual forms), and specific insurance / payment details (including dollar amounts) paid, all without my consent and without relevance to the situation. During the consultation, Judy was careful and thorough in her recommendations. She was empathetic, human, and knowledgeable.
