“Had a SOLID Texas Unclaimed Property issue, they turned me down because it wasn't over example $100,000. It's been bugging me that they turned me down even though I would have spent $15,000-$30,000 in legal fee's (the same amount of money as someone owed a bigger amount of money). Maybe it's bugging me about them because their website talks about they help customers get Texas Unclaimed Property. No where does it say on their website the person must be owed over a certain amount of money (example $100,000). Feel like I wasted my time contacted them. I hired another lawyer. Funny thing is now I'm also working with the Texas Attorney General and Texas Comptroller because my case is 100%.”

“Their communication methods are either super remedial or they just lie to you outright. After the consultation I found the person I dealt with to be incredibly rude. I could not get a full sentence out before I was cutoff of obnoxiously interrupted with repetive questions. I could tell that they scan emails for dollar amounts and not how they can rectify an unjust situation. Then they were quite derogatory assuming automatically that I would be unable to cover the retainer. Very disappointed bc I read great things about this firm and my experience from the outset was.... they definently made me feel inadequate as if my case was not worth their time when it does meet their financial requirements for unclaimed property. I can tell without a shadow of a doubt that they are just about what kind of money they can make off their clients.”
