“She won't return my calls. I went there to have a will made. Cost 5,000.00. I don't know why? So, it's now 3 years later. I wanted to make some changes. I called and left message. No return call. I went to another attorney. He said to make sure she changed everything into my name. I called. Left message. No return call. He was astonished when I said she charged 5,000.00 to make a will. I don't think I would ever use this attorney. I wish I had called, and checked around. We went there years ago. I thought I needed to go to same attorney. No, you don't!! Don't go here!!!”

“I have hired many attorneys in my lifetime. Day I met her I knew I hired an amazing attorney. On first visit she explained everything to us. She asked lots of questions and she took so many notes. Day I received the first set of orders wow she had every single detail and added more herself. She always returns phone calls and emails. I also am impressed with her assistant. Both very professional and so easy to talk to. We felt completely comfortable telling her about all downfalls of our lives. Her and her legal assistant are both sweet, kind and caring individuals. Roxie is a go getter and from what I have seen in her work I hope I am never on the other side of the table from her. I spoke with the server who delivered y orders and even he mentioned what a great attorney she was. I am firm believer in hiring an attorney whom works in same county and is familiar with the judges in Kaufman County. I highly recommend her for any family law case and feel for person whom she goes after!!”

“Our family used Roxy in the past and the documents had mistakes. Tried to hire again. Poor and slow communication. Charged for the creation of a contract to hire her after giving her a retainer. Her standard contract had language requiring spouses to guaranty payment of bills. When we chose not to sign the new terms to employ here she took 30% of the retainer for replying to an email about the contract and her employment contract creation. And this was after paying her hourly for the meeting to discuss the work requested.”

“Worst lawyer that I have ever delt with. Overcharges for everything. Takes days to get an answer via email, then charges $150 to just read it. Communication sucks. Really did us wrong from the begining. Of course after getting 5K. Even charged us to read the email to terminate her.”
