“We used Mr. Ray several years ago and he was successful in taking care of the issues he was hired to do and in a timely manner. Communication was great and he advised us if we ever had any questions and/or if a certain issue came up to call him immediately and he would take care of it. To date, he has remained true to his word. :)”

They listen and provide clear information and direction. “If it were possibly to give zero stars, I would. I contacted these people in regards to a disability claim. The woman I spoke to said she would go ahead and send me their "packet" for me to fill out and return. I have still never received it. They said, file the claim and call us back. I did. I received no response. I was contacted by the SSI/DISABILITY administration in regards to my claim. I called again to see how I should proceed, no return call. I called several more times and have had no response to date. The last time I called, I asked to speak to one of the attorneys and again, no response. It's been months. There's no way, ever, that I would use these people to represent me. If this is indicative of the future handling of my case, I can only imagine the train wreck coming with their representation or lack there of. I do not mind if you do not want my business. If you do not, then say so. I tell EVERYONE about your lack of service and professionalism. Everyone. I make it a point to bring the conversation to this subject. Perhaps the lawyers care but the receptionist and legal assistants do not. I have no idea because no one calls back.”

“They are horrible lawyers. My mom has called in june 2021 to put them as her lawyer. No response EVER. She called bck in October they told her that they was still waiting on disability. She calls for herself today and NO CLAIM AT ALL ! So she calls the lawyer and was told it shows you need to start from scratch. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE !!!”
