“We highly recommend using Amber Ramsey at Ramsey Law to create your Trust, Will, etc. We started this process unaware of how much goes into creating the legal documents to protect yourself and your family. Amber and Kari have been thorough in working with us to ensure we are protected and patient with us as we had to make some decisions we were not aware we needed to at the beginning. Amber helped us decide on the best options we needed without trying to sell us on any of them. She simply informed us of the options and let us decide what would be best for us. We decided on the Revocable Trust, and we also added a pet trust that helps us feel confident our pets will be cared for should they survive us. Amber walked us through the scenarios that should be anticipated to protect our financial and property assets best. The trust package also included a Durable POA, Medical POA, Directive to Physicians, Appointment for Disposition of Remains, Declaration of Guardian, Warranty Deed, and our Wills. They even provided a checklist to assist us on what actions we needed to take after we completed the trust package. We could not have had a better experience and again, highly recommend using Ramsey Law. We had already waited too long to do this, but glad we have completed it!!
