He was very responsive to our questions, was helpful and supportive of our daughter during messy extenuating circumstances, and was able (despite the apparent odds) to resolve her situation for everyone's peace of mind. He made sure the various claimants involved signed off on her liability for almost $300K in bills and that all parties were satisfied with their portion of the settlement.
