“Mr. Carr was very generous with his time with me, and this I feel was because he saw that I had put much work into trying to understand my legal problem, the contract, myself. Also, he was very encouraging that I had the abilities to do what was needed for my situation. His office environment is very interesting and his staff is friendly. He is your neighborhood lawyer!”

“I have used M.R. Carr for many years and have done dozens of transactions. Today, I was made aware again of how thorough he is in his work. Years ago he meticulously added detail to a promissory note that DID NOT have to be there, but since Mr. Carr is going beyond what is expected, the authorities who were judging said, "This note does not have to show this much detail, but since it does, it proves your claim." Without Carr's eagle-eye, I would still be trying to find old answers and data. He's the most fair and his fees are better than reasonable.”

“Mr. Carr refused to talk about the case (small claims case, tenant suing landlord) on the phone until an appointment was made to see him in person. After arriving at his office (15 minutes prior to the appointment time) we waited patiently until he came out to "great" us. He entered the lobby, (unintelligible grumbles) and he walked away. "I said BACK HERE!" he bellowed from another room. "What are we going to accomplish today?" he asked. We explained the circumstances, and his response was "I've been in this business for 44 years and I don't have time for this." Thank you very much...good day... Next time I suggest you explain to your potential clients what you do and don't do in a 2 minute phone conversation before wasting your time, and potential clients' time.”

“Michael was great! He couldn't help us but he was honest & told us we were stuck in a contract with people who couldn't afford to buy our house. We would just need to wait until the contract expired. At least we knew where we stood & waited it out. We were much wiser on the next people we entered into a contract with. A letter of approval for financing doesn't always mean what it says!”

“I don't really kn him. He will have to undergo an investigation. I trusted him and one of his clients they r going under federal investigation. I'm scared for him. He won't speak to me so I have to sign one paper & he and them won't communicate I'd like to sign this for the feds.so anyone wasn't him to speak to me. So I just will say I don't know if he's trust worthy. His clients told me he said he couldn't make a lien cuz of homestead which is a direct lie.”

“I wouldn't give this man one star. He was my parent's attorney but was actually working for my sister. After my parents died, he was extremely rude to me and didn't want to speak to me about my parents will. I finally got an appointment with him, he was a loud mouth treating his employees like dirt, said he had an appointment with some place he found impressive and told me to hire me a lawyer. As far as I'm concerned he has a major problem with short man's syndrome that has the integrity of a rattlesnake. I have never seen a dirtier lawyer. He is strictly working for my sister and he has zero ethics.”
