“The past year and a half has been turned upside down for my son and I. My son was accused of something he didn't do. Went to jail, Lost his job, Very depressed causing health problems, Very little sleep for us both. We didn't know where to turn. I had talked to some co-workers and 4 of them mentioned they had a great Attorney, they highly recommended. I took this as a sign from God. They all referred Michael Magana. So we went to see him. And we are so glad we did! Mr. Magana and his Staff are a great bunch of people. Very professional and caring! They worked so hard to help get my Son's life back to normal. Everytime we went to see Mr. Magana, he would tell my Son, Trust Me, I will take care of you! And he did! Trust in Michael Magana! You will be glad you did! He Has Been A Godsend! “My brother was going down for a simple traffic stop gone wrong. He was being charged with 2 copy 1st degree felonies. The police who I normally have mad respect for, especially since I served as a Marine for 15 years, were in the wrong completely about how everything went down. I know that undoubtedly, there is training for these situations, especially if someone is being cooperative. Mike and Nathan took control of the situation and presented it with the straight facts to defend my brother, where the other doctored up the truth. My brother was found not guilty after a 3 day trial and they worked with my brother's hard situation having to serve over 9 months in jail after being beaten and then beaten more in jail for several charges he was found not guilty for. My brother's life was turned upside down from a situation that could have been a simple traffic ticket. Mike and Nathan saved my brother from a terrible life. If you are looking for anyone to represent you in the courts it's these gentleman and their outstanding assistant Amy she was absolutely amazing with working with us in figuring out the day to day and with constant updates. Thank you so much, everyone, for all you have done.”

“Mike did AMAZING with my husbands case! He worked very quickly with getting a felony dropped to a misdemeanor, and his misdemeanor case dismissed! He kept me updated the whole way through answered any questions I had along the way, as well as checking in with my husband periodically with jail visits. I highly recommend using him as your lawyer!”

“This law firm uses unethical and deceitful practices as well as will take anyones money. BEWARE!!!!!!! Shady company. They have an attorney their Nathaniel Opara that made false statements to a court stating I (Rick Ott) had an inappropriate relationship with an opposing client whom I've never met. He used this as a method to keep a client from using a specific Real Estate agent at our firm. Super shady company. They only want to use real estate agents that will give them a kick back.”

“I'll change to 5 stars if anything changes. I paid retainer fee for the attorney. It's been over a month ago. Well he's only seen my boyfriend once. I can never seem to get a hold of Magana. Now that I'm in town I call to see when I can go see the attorney, I'm told 2 different things that he won't be in office till Wed and I was also told that he'll be in the office tomorrow. I was told good things about Magana. I'm hoping he's a good lawyer. I'll change it to 5 stars and change my review if things change for the better. I would hate to change to 1 star and make this review bad.”

“This review is what I have experienced, so your results may vary. From the beginning he was aware of my financial issues but he accepted me anyway. Throughout the process, his staff kept me informed and continued to stay in touch. Definitely a BIG shout out to Manny!! Most of these reviews with low ratings are probably because of no/less payment or is flat out disrespectful. The man is heavily sought out by many clients and stays in the courthouse regardless of counties. This man magically had my fiance's charges from some prison time (5 years) to being re-instated probation. Additionally, he fixed another lesser charge with Time served. Honestly, if anyone has an issue with this law firm is because they're impatient, lack communication skills and simple understanding of the process. Is he expensive? Yes, but because his work ethic justifies it. Is he busy? Of course, plenty of clients from the primary location and surrounding areas. I will continually utilize him and recommend him to everyone. Once again, this is MY experience, so depending on you, your attitude and social skills, you may get the same results - simple as that. Thank you again Michael!!”
