“My experience with mcdivitt was wonderful. My attorney was Aaron Kennedy and man was it nice to finally have someone to be my voice and fight for me. I had already had this case open for a long while and everyone was telling me I needed an attorney cause I kept falling through the cracks (thats what the nurse case manager told me before mcdivitt). Anywho they took my case and Aaron understood what I needed. My case manager was Jessica godsoe and she was just as amazing. Always answered my calls and lots of questions. Bless her for being so patient with me through the whole process. I finally after almost 2 yrs was able to close my case and get my settlement. Leah riutzel was also just so nice. Everyone who works there had such an empathy and understanding. I hope to never have to go through this process again but if it were to happen, I'll be back. There's no one I'd want to represent me then these lovely humans. I will always recommend mcdivitt cause mcdivitt saw me and heard me. Thank you from the bottom of my heart and I hope you share this review with them.”

“Very happy with Mcdivitt law firm. I opened my case with another law firm but after months of getting no call backs or progress in the case I decided to call someone else. I talked to Tony Tracy, and he said he could do better and would love to take my case. They handled everything including firing the other law firm. Tony took the case as far as he could and then I got handed over to Nicole and Mikayla who finished my case for me. Very pleased with the professionals in the office and the communication throughout the whole process. Definitely would recommend Mcdivitt if you ever need a lawyer”

“I was very pleased with Mcdivitt and would highly absolutely highly recommend them as little as the case was they still took on the case and made sure that everything was laid out perfectly to my understanding there was no hidden agenda no hidden anything. They were very straightforward with everything as far as cost as far as what needed to be done and taken care of for the case and I was very happy with that outcome. I was very impressed that as little as it was, they took it and they understood that this is what impacted this and this is what needs to be fixed and they made sure that I knew exactly where to go to get that fixed and get the things that needed to be done correctly and I was very happy about that. I was also happy that they never made me feel like I was not important or that it was just a little case so they could care less that was never ever the case. They made sure that I was taken care of understood and everything was To my Perfection I absolutely highly recommend this law firm to everybody, including the little guys.”

You're already insanely stressed and feel like you're in the dark when you're going through a workers comp situation or when hiring your first attorney and don't know what to expect, but they made the journey smooth sailing for the most part.
