I was honest with her and asked for extra time to respond to the first set of questions. She was Understanding and personable.Patience and kindness goes a long way. It's a somewhat of a long process of questions, but worth it, if you truly need their services. Just be honest and patient, they will get back to you.”

“I sent an email (with an application) to the Modest Means Program over 2 weeks ago after Mr. Simon suggested it. I even left a voice mail. I get the feeling that I'm being ignored. I haven't heard from anyone. Is this program for real, or not? I'm still waiting!!”
