“The 1st female representative who answered the call was brief, short and completely rude. Even her tone of voice was not pleasant. I called back to see if the information she gave me was accurate because after the experience I did not trust her judgement. The second rep., a gentlemen and more pleasant man, was able to accurately correct my information received. Luckily he was a better rep. More patient. Overall, 1st impression didn't sit well. 3 stars is being too kind!”

“I will never hang up on a customer who doesn't understand. It took me getting a white lady with sense to better explain this fee to me just for text messages. Black female receptionist you need to do better. Hang up on your mother like that.”

“I have never had a pleasant experience with their Lawyer Referral. I have contacted them a few times over a period of several years. Either I am never contacted with a referral, or the attorney will have a bad attitude and say that he is only taking a referral because it was a condition for payment of his student loans. I don't appreciate being treated like an inconvenience.”

“I called the Atlanta Bar Association regarding a custody matter. They actually answered the phone, were very polite and put me in touch with an experienced family law lawyer. I am very glad I did not try to find a lawyer on my own! I would use them again.”

“Can't really judge yet. The attorney that the referral service never got back in touch with me. I called and called and after 3 weeks of calling I gave up. He was either too busy to return my calls or didn't want my business. Not really sure I want somebody that's so busy they can't return a phone call.”
