Hibbeler & Associates were qualified experts and flexible with my situation since I was outside of the United States. “I was not impressed with this law firm in the very least. When I first contacted the firm, they assured me they would work with me as far as payments and payment plans. I made the initial retainer and at the very first court hearing, of which nobody communicated with me about being present, my original attorney forgot all about me sending him the DNA test results in advance. He proceeds to call me after the hearing and tell me that I needed to have a DNA test done for both children. A year goes by and he starts having health issues, so he resigns from the law firm, in which I was appointed a new attorney. This attorney simply wanted to do nothing but comply with opposing council and try to talk me out of fighting for 50/50. They gave me 30 days immediately after Christmas to pay half of the retainer fee for trial which was a total of 6k on top of over 8k I had already spent. When I asked if they could work with me on a payment plan again they refused and withdrew from my case. I would not recommend this firm to my worst enemy.”
