“After a consultation with the partner, she agreed to take my case but delegated all the job to one of her paralegals without telling me. I ended up preparing the documents on my own because the contractor I was going to sue just ignored the paralegal, who obviously didn't know what an attorney was supposed to know. And then the partner refused to handle the matter on her own, telling me that she got busy for for other people. Lawyers in Clarksville just drop their cases when they get busy, even after signing a contract with the client. I had a similar problem with a few other firms, too.”
