“Every phone call and email was either answered or returned promptly! Every question was answered professionally and promptly as well. They were both sensitive and caring about my situation. I am Absolutely satisfied and Ms. Patricia and Ms. Holly are both Amazing women and absolutely Great at what they do to help people in situations like me! “Don't waste your time. They asked me 30 minutes of weird uncomfortable questions just so they can get another person in their data for government funding. This came out their mouths. I took the day off work to go talk to them. After $10 parking and 30 minutes of looking for parking, I went in and spent an hour and 15 minutes with their paralegals and a lawyer. They took all my info and after that I never heard back from them after they promised they will get hold of me after research. It's been 7 months. Not even a courtesy email or a call from them. They are horrible people.”

“These people are an absolute joke. Blew my phone up just to tell me they can't help me. Asked ZERO details about my case, but once they heard we are home owners and not on section 8, they don't want to help. I guess they think that if you own a home, you're rich(which we are not) we actually used government funds to purchase our home and there is literally only one income for a family of 4. For background, all I asked for was assistance because the Jacksonville Housing Authority failed to apply our deductions while we were HUD recipients. That's it. I think this is the third time I have called them and they always say they won't take your case. The only time they seem to want to take your case is if you are seeking hundreds of thousands. If you're the small guy that wants justice, they aren't interested. I saw they took a disability case a couple of months back. Those are the cases they take. They care nothing abiut justice, and dont bother if its small claims. They can't get anything from it. I hate the fact that they are basically the only firm that does "pro bono". They spend about 30 minutes telling you what they don't offer. Please go else where unless you have a case that will win them a million dollars.”

“I do not recommend, if you're in a DV situation. They don't help. If you have DCF case open, they don't help either. Just letting people know. Waste of time and an hour out of my day to answer questions for them not to help. Guess they want clients that have money.”

“I filled out an application for assistance. Based off the application I figured I could get help. I completed intake and was advised can take 5 days or more for an appointment. The next day a lawyer called me at 11am for a phone appointment. I did not even know about. No communication. I finally get through to be told they can't help me. Wow.”

“Pray you do not get in contact with Elizabeth Teelon. Does not communicate with you and bread crumbs you along for help. I contacted for help over a month before my court case and I am one week away and in the same boat as I was when I called. Terrible”

“Diana is an employee there and is such a rude and disrespectful person when she answers the phone.When i called there to access legal aid as a jacksonville resident its discouraging and preventing access for legal help here in Jacksonville is sad”
