“If I could say -10 I would. John got in the middle of a case that should have been a slam dunk case as I had done my research. He pulled in his associate Ron after I showed up due to John not returning calls. After, making contact with my ex. I spent 1-2 hours explaining the exact situation. I did exactly as advised by Ron. Then, John had an associate say they decided not to take my case so I found a real attorney. Still after repeated calls asking for correspondence and even especially the authorities have requested this information, crickets. Most unprofessional form I know!”

I felt comfortable discussing my situation with him. He remained positive even when I was focused on the negatives, and he looked at my case from different angles that I hadn't considered. Cost is definitely reasonable, and they got to work on my case immediately. They were very helpful with every step, and always kept in touch about my options, their suggestions, and the end result was a settlement that was fair, and saved me a good amount of money. Helena was great to work with, and would refer them to anyone.”

“I would leave a negative rating if I could, but it makes you put at least one star. I was referred to them and when I asked for assistance, Chris Ebert told me he would call me in an hour. It's been two weeks and I emailed again to ask, no response. No professionalism whatsoever, have the guts to answer or tell me to kick rocks. Trash customer service.”

“I was recommended this firm by an apartment locator, and I paid for a service that should have been complete in one month and we are now on month 7. I had 1 month being my fault waiting on an id to come in the mail but other than that this process has been extremely annoying. From the lack of consistent communication to again going on 7months of this process. I want my money back yet I NEED this process to get finished. When I brought up my frustrations on this long process they tried to turn everything on me as if they were waiting on me which is not the case.”

“Incredibly disappointing transaction with the J Gannon Helstowski Law Firm. Really poor communication with all parties to include paralegals/support staff and the attorney himself. We were quoted a high flat fee due to the request being "last minute" after unanswered calls and emails 14 days prior to the court appearance. After the hearing paperwork was not filed with the court since they Attorney went on vacation leading to more unnecessary delays and need to reverse a dismissal, which would allow the client rightful possession of the property. I am always reluctant to add a negative review, but I felt like it is warranted in this case.”
