“My wife and I met with Howard on the morning of May 11, 2023, about me adopting my stepdaughter (wife's daughter). He took some information from us and told me he'd call me back either the same day or the following day to let me know what we were going to do. I never heard back from him, so I tried several times to contact the office, and even left a voice message requesting a call back, but they never did contact me. I was finally able to get back in touch with them almost 2 weeks after the initial meeting, and the secretary said she would have Howard call me back, but STILL he never did. I'm not sure how this office has received good reviews overall, but my experience with them is that they are very unprofessional and dishonest. I do not recommend using their firm if you are serious about wanting to get anything done.”

“He doesn't care bout the people that hired him. He nor is paralegal will take days if not weeks before they call you back. They want you to do your own leg work. This office is not who I would hire. They don't care bout there clients. He only got 1 star from me cause I cant post this without at least one star.”

“I thought highly of them at first because of the low prices and ability to do everything quickly but you get what you pay for.... Several things were not mentioned and discussed or included and i feel foolish for not realizing it. Now i wish i had invested and hired someone else because im only having to fork out more money to have things fixed now!!!!!”
