“!Beware! Jack Hinson spent more time delaying my family court case and working for opposing attorney than he did mine. There was over 4 lack of due process and at least 2 procedural issues found in my court case while Hinson was my attorney. Hinson did not even assist with a parenting plan or nothing. In one instance I had a hearing date and due to no transportation and homelessnes I had my sister bring me to the hearing, when I arrived to the court house it was busy and Jack Hinson was rushing in and he saw me and said what are you doing here. I said im here for my hearing. Jack said we already had those. (Unaware of past hearings). In all the hurry Jack was in I noticed he sat on the back foyer bench while I was walking away was making a phone call. It got to the point where I requested all communications with him be made written/email. This was due to a verbal communication where he said he wasnt working for me he was working for them. He refused and made a claim that I did not communicate with him and even in that claim he was wrong. However judge let it slide. My advise if your dealing with a high conflict family court case within any surrounding counties. Go further and definatley avoid this office. All these attornies work together along with the judges. And already have it figured out before it even starts. I have not seen my daughter in three years due to lies in the courtroom that was not even challenged by Hinson. Jack Hinson made me a homeless vet and broken. This office should be investigated. Be warned”

“This place is the shitiest place. Especially if you're dealing with a narcissist ex wife. Jack Hinson literally dig my hole deeper. When I absolutely did nothing at all. I had to plead guilty just so I wouldn't loose my house and land, which I still lost my contracts I had with the contractors I was working with. Never hire these people. I wasted soo much money... shit was hard until I started my new company. Never hire jack hinson. I was innocent man. And jack told me himself that I was guilty lol when I was absolutely wasn't. Very weird. And we had no evidence and I got charged with 2 felonies. And this was 2 years ago now. But seriously. Do not hire these people.”

“If you'd like to be lied to and like to be ignored, then there are the attorneys for you. They have made the process difficult every chance they have had. You all should not be practicing law it's a complete embarrassment for you they way you run your office.”

“Jack did a awesome job with helping me with my case he didn't sugar coat anything or make false promises he did a awesome job with always getting in contact with me and keeping me updated on my case. When it came time to go in front of the judge he did a tremendous job with helping the court see the big picture with my particular situation. I'd recommend jack and his staff to anyone that needed a lawyer! Thank you jack and miss Tina for all the help and advice that y'all gave me hopefully I'll never need you again but if I do need a attorney your going to be my only stop!!!”
