“BEWARE/ BE CAUTIOUS , Do not hire this law firm. This firm was recommended to me by advertisement so I reached out to them but initially decided not to go with them due to lack of information being provided. I received 2-3 calls a day from the firm for 3 months straight requesting to be retained for my case. I hired the firm before my court date and never heard from them unless I reached out several times or sent messages through the portal. Each time was met with an excuse. The attorney that let me know she would be handling my case and going to court on my behalf in fact did NOT go on my behalf and I only knew because I researched court records. My case should have been completely dismissed as I was told several times by the attorney and after the final decision was made that I had to pay the debt my attorney explained that she would speak with the Plaintiff for settlement and lower the amount and we discussed payment options and an amount but she would also be filing a appeal for the decision for lack of evidence provided. I did not hear back for several weeks and had to call and message again. The attorney let me know they were short staffed and I had to handle the settlement myself directly with the plaintiff and would no longer be represented as the case had been closed. I do not believe my case was handled properly and that the firm only wanted another paying customer on retainer. This was the most poor service I have ever received from a company. Lack of communication and lack of honesty.”

“These people pay to receive your information, flood you with advertisements just to not keep their word and do horrible business.Spoke with charles Roberts about a case. Was given a price and discussed payment plan, confirmed multiple times. Charles decided to change price on his own accord two days before a case. Mgr jay welch was no help either. Choose any other firm it's better than this one.”
