“The owner has been giving us the run around regarding the deposit refund after confirming the email with the requested information over 1 month ago and speaking with him personally again over one week ago that the was going to send out the check. His staff has too many "personal issues" that are given as excuses when calling for an update on the status of the situation. I'd avoid this company if I had known they would be so unprofessional and lacking in responsibility or accountability.”

“TEERIBLE BAIL BONDSMAN!!!!! I've been one to need a bondsman because of fights that I've been in. So I know the process. Not proud but just being real. I came in and paid in advance for the service, and asked if it would be possible to turn myself in at a different county. Louie told me that I could and he sat there and called the jail to confirm. Or pretended to. Well it was not true. When I arrived at the jail they said that I would have to turn myself in to the San Angelo jail for a warrant I had. He also was going to send someone to meet me there. But that was also a lie. No one showed up. So I drove back to San Angelo and scheduled a day to turn myself in. The day of, I called to confirm that someone would be there to meet me. No one showed up again. I sat in the jail for 4 hours. Guess paying in advance just meant who cares they have their money doesn't matter when they show up. The office staff was indifferent and no one cared. Totally unprofessional and I would give them 5 down! My advice is look for a different company”

“I thought this was a superb company, they were the only ones in the surrounding areas that did property liens. I was beyond happy. Until Louie A Perez stole my property by intentionally doing the paperwork wrong, he expects me to pay taxes on something that is no longer in my name. Louie refuses to do the corrected paperwork. Recently he has allowed the person to leave the state of Texas jumping bond, which I believe that Louie told them to do so, in order to hold my property as hostage. Louie states that my property wasn't worth anything to him, however if that was the case paperwork would've been filed correctly, or he mandated the person back to jail for invalid paperwork. Louie A Perez is the secretary on the Tom Green County Bond Board, so trying to get a complaint against him, through them isn't going to happen. However, just like everyone and everything else, there is someone always over someone or something else. BBB has already been contacted.”

“Needed some help fast from long distance and JD was quick to get everything taken care of over the phone. He cut me a deal on price and took everything downtown to keep everyone from having to run all over. I highly recommend this company if you find yourself in the need.”

“Just did all the paperwork or help my partner get released, then only to have the people in there say they had received no calls no forms or anything about the case. Had talked to not only the head of the operation but the second person in charge, only to receive a blatant lie of no interaction but also an attitude.”

“1 of only 2 bondsmen that would work with us in San Angelo! None of the other companies would help out cause they "don't mess with Bastrop County"! I spoke with Louie every time, til it was time to pick up the one being bonded out and met with Santos! They were both nice! Even though, things weren't going so easy peasy for Santos, he still smiled! The lady at the jail was being a. . . and made him do extra driving to and from the office for papers he's never had to have in his 21, or so, years of working as a bondsman! Not only were they friendlier, but, also the cheapest of the 2! Thank you for y'all's help and service!”
