“I went through a very messy custody battle that had been previously screwed up by another attorney which left me looking like a bad mother to the judge. That broke my heart because I was not those things the judge thought. My son was going through very tough times and I needed someone great to represent me. I unfortunately didn't do that at first and my first attorney didn't care about my case and just sat there like a bump in a log. Even when I had the evidence. It was a very emotionally exhausting two years due to complexity as well as a difficult respondent, but Jodee was very helpful and offered excellent advice. She really cares about her clients and shares the concern of costs. So far, all of the billing has been clearly itemized and reasonably priced. If it wasn't for her experience and recommendations I don't think our case would have had the strength it did. We won sole custody, which was more than we had hoped for!
