“I do not like giving reviews. But in my current situation i need to. I was in an accident on July 10. 2025. A friend of mine recommended the Zambrano law firm. He spoke highly of them. So I contacted them and signed contracts. Because of my accident I was in the hospital for 2 weeks and have not been able to work due to healing my injuries. So therefore I got my house foreclosed on in August 29, 2025. I continously told and explained my situation to Mrs. Sofia Flores that works at the Alamo rd office inside the Freedom Bank tower. I asked them for an advance to pay for bills since the opposing insurance company was going to honor a $30k limit because their insured was at fault. In the beginning I had to beg and plead for help. Mr Jorge Zambrano called me and we met and he helped me but after I begged and pleaded. Now I need to move out of my home by October 13, 2025. I have continously let them know that I need their help again. But they are either out if the office and they tell Ana their secretary to tell me they can't help me. Do they really care about their clients. In my opinion they do not. Maybe if I would of gone with Leah Wise she might of treated me at least with a bit of respect and compassion from what I've read of her 5 star reviews... pls Zambrano law firm do better. And yes I am currently a client. At least make your clients feel like you really care instead of just caring about your 35% commission... ”

“Highly do not recommend these people,idk if it was the way I look that they thought it was ok to treat me the way they did but ,no phone calls back,no input on any discussion, laughed at wen asking question about my case ,I refused a settlement offer and any further assistance from them and gave me the offer anyway and released me, never felt so disrespected and helpless in my life ,asked new attorney for assistance and said there was nothing they could do case was closed,to the day I have no information on what happen, check they gave me was from Zambrano law firm”

“Para empesar no recomiendo este abogado no te ayudan a darte una cantidad desente toda la ganancia fue para ellos nomas ...no tienen atenciones en discutir la cantidades contigo solo decirte ya esta resuelto el caso y es esto...hay mejores abogados que vas a quedar mas conforme con tu caso”
