“Spoke with Diane she was pleasant but said she'd have to have her manager call back. A lady named Sandra with H2O innovation customer care called back and Has no clue about anything and says has no way to resolve anything! Charged us late fees after telling us not to make a payment during transition because it would be submitted in La La land! Her words!!! That's exactly where she's at in La La land. I just can't even believe what I heard from this woman today. Lord help us She Said we'd have to take our bill to the board to have fees removed and didn't have a way to get in touch with them! This is what's wrong with our country!!! We've been at this address since 2006 and today we were treated like scum bags, debtors etc. I would definitely want to know about this Sandra if this were my company! I pray that the City of Woodbranch monitors this new innovation company closely before they have a ton of upset customers. Sandra isn't friendly and couldn't care less about the job she has or what she's doing or how she treats loyal, valuable customers. Thank God she spoke to my husband and I and not my mother n law. My blood pressure is through the roof after 5 minutes on the phone with her!!!! Jesus help us ”

“The women are nice, but I have a problem with the cops following me. I do nothing wrong and I drive a van, because I have kids. It's starting to become harassment. Yet, something bad happened to my special needs daughter and you don't see one damn cop around. I got pulled over for a inspection sticker. I totally forgot, because our home was severely damaged in hurricane Beryl. We had to get a rental and I got pulled over for that. Do they forget the people in the community is the one paying them.”

“This courthouse is extremely rude and unprofessional. You can't reach them to save your life. Yet they give you deadlines for everything. I finally get on the phone, just for the lady to spew out information and quick as her mouth would talk and hang up on me. Very rude. I'm very polite and respectful. It's not fair that the court is going to have all these deadlines and extra things they need that they didn't discuss prior. And when you reach out they don't bother helping. Yet, we pay for it when our stuff isn't in time but they don't do their part in helping us get our information.”

“Never have I ever seen a court house closed on Friday. Told me I had until Friday to pay a fine or they'd issue a warrant, failed to mention they are closed on Friday.”

“Trying to call them and so far 43 attempts...it rings 6 or 7 times then there's a busy signal and disconnect. Kind of evil.”
