I slowed down at the 60mph sign and was pulled over because apparently I missed the first one 60mph sign. It feels like a scam that I am calling during the VERY LIMITED hours I cannot get through to anybody. I am frustrated, and I am literally calling every 10-15minutes and nothing. Reading through the reviews, I am wondering if this is even lawfully correct for them to do so.

It is absolutely horrible that they have one judge who only reports for 3 hours on Monday's. It makes it near impossible to get anything done, especially with there being a speed trap right outside of the city limits. Also, that same judge does not return phone calls. She makes it impossible to work with her, and her being there only 3 hours helps none what so ever. If you get a ticket through them, you basically have to drive the distance and hand the letter to them in person if you want to pay it. I mailed 3 different ones, and I am in the military so it makes it that much more difficult to do these things. With all of this happening, it is causing a hold up on my deployment because I have tried to send the money order multiple times, and she doesn't answer her phone so I don't know if it was received or not. Then after she doesn't answer, I leave a voicemail and she does not return my call. Absolutely horrible system and a terrible judge. The city of Winters should be embarrassed by what they are represented by.

They have an absolute horrible judge that makes it near impossible to get anything done. Also, that same judge does not return phone calls. You can leave voicemail after voicemail and still not receive a phone call you back. She makes it impossible to work with her what so ever very unprofessional, rude, and could careless about your problem during a pandemic but wants you to give her full respect. The city of Winters should be embarrassed by what they are represented by. This awful place shouldn't even be able to receive 1 star!

They are never in so you cannot pay tickets. They also do not return phone calls and their machine says to just leave one message. I think they do this to get extra money when people are late paying
