“If you are planning on filing bankruptcy, please read this. My wife and I have been on a downhill slide for a couple years now. We were in good shape for some time paying all of our debts until the recent couple years. It was to the point every single paycheck was spoken for. Even the ones that haven't even been worked for yet. We were spending over $5000 a month just trying to stay afloat. Throwing money away just keeping from loosing collateral to title loans. We had multiple Payday loans, title loans, bank loans and every secured/unsecured debt imaginable. Credit cards stayed maxed out. We were beginning to make deferments on vehicles. I also began to have heart issues so bad because of the stress it sent me to the emergency room. Now add medical bills to the list. Alot of questions come up about having to file bankruptcy and I found myself trying to learn from the internet, which is not a good thing to do. Even Mr. Lively said to refrain from doing so. “I visited with Mr Lively a couple of months ago reference to a real estate transaction I had previously entered into. Mr Lively told me up front that my situation was not one he was really knowledgeable in; however, he mentioned something that had never been mentioned by the four or five lawyers I had previously contacted. That "slight " mention ended up saving me over $250,000 and a long court battle. All I can say is that he took the time to listen to this 80 year old lady and really seemed into in what I was saying. Although he was not my first choice for a lawyer, it turned out he was my best choice and I will forever be grateful”
