“I have used Carol Warren Legal Services for a few legal things that needed to be done for me and my family. She has been so kind and caring on each case making sure I understood everything that needed to be done. She took care of it all and kept communication open & updating me along the way. I had full confidence in her and she got it done. I really appreciate everything she was able to accomplish for us. She was absolutely wonderful! I would definitely recommend her to anyone needing her legal services.”

“Truly the best of the best. I can't say enough about Carol and her staff. She is truly all for what's right and will fight for you until the end. I have been a client of hers for years and she has never ever disappointed me not once. She is passionate about her cases and will do everything in her will to make sure your voice is heard. I have had several lawyers throughout the years but no one compares to Carol as she has gotten things done other lawyers couldn't even accomplish. If you want a good lawyer who knows your case personally and not just by another name, then you need Warren Legal Services.”

“I had to fire this attorney to get an AGREED order finished and filed in the custody of my grandsons. I was told the day of court, that I needed to come up with an additional chunk of money for her to complete the process. Her retainer was paid, and we were repeatedly told that any unused funds would be returned. This led us to believe that what we had paid would be sufficient. We were NEVER informed that we had gone $3000 beyond the amount already paid....until we were sitting in a courthouse getting ready to appear. We were then told that our case would not be completed until we paid more money. We were told that her rate was $250 per hour. We were billed at that PLUS an additional $100 per hour for her work to be reviewed by her paralegal. I had no issue with the quality of the work performed by this office, and the staff was always professional. However, I would STRONGLY suggest anybody seeking services here....keep a daily accounting of billings, and know your balance at ALL times.”

“If you are looking for a timely response and to be made a priority, not to be compared to other clients situations, and be treated with respect than Ms. Warren and her office are not for you. She was hired to review trust documents, 2.5 weeks later a meeting about those documents had still not happened. After her paralegal made sure that I knew I was not a priority to their office they were immediately fired. I do not recommend this office at all and would advise anyone to seek legal help elsewhere.”

“I went with Carol Legal Services cause they were local. I live in Royse City. I was blown away by how in-depth Carol & April were. My battle was with my Ex wife and the custody of my boys Ages 2 & 4. I heard everyone say "its a woman State they allways win. Well Carol Warren Legal services proved that wrong. I now have Full custody and my wife pays me child support. I am truly blessed that they worked for me. My ex did not have a drug or alcohol problem. Nor did I. But she proved to the judge that the boys would be better off With me. Thank you so much.. I highly recommend Carol Warren Legal services for you're Legal Maters...”

“I had to dismiss Ms. Warren and contact another lawyer for advice on how to get my divorce finalized. Honestly I believe she didn't understand the process or what was to be done to complete the case since my ex-husband was in another state. Giving her the benefit of the doubt, if that was the issue, I should have been told upfront that my son and I were paying for her education and it would take a lot of time for her to get "caught up" on the protocol. What should have taken a couple of months took almost a year and this was an uncontested divorce. She didn't know how to file for temporary child support or handle a case that was multi-state. This caused a huge financial burden on my family with no income or child support for almost a year. Unfortunately she was not upfront and honest about anything in my situation. She was NOT looking out for my best interest in the case. Do NOT use this woman/firm for your legal needs! She is still learning and it will be at your expense!”
