“This review expresses a statement regarding REBECCA O'CONNOR was retained to represent my interests in a beneficiary matter. Despite being retained, this Rebecca O'Connor failed to carry out the most basic duties owed to a client. Specifically, the Rebecca O'Conner did not convey my clear and explicit instructions to the opposing party. The communication sent on my behalf did not reflect my position, omitted material facts I directed be included, and materially misrepresented the substance of my claims. Further, the Rebecca O'Connor failed to provide a competent or professional response. The communication lacked factual accuracy, failed to advocate on my behalf, and demonstrated a disregard for the obligation to exercise reasonable diligence, competence, and loyalty to the client. As a direct result of these failures, the opposing party was provided with an inaccurate and incomplete account of the matter, causing prejudice to my position, unnecessary delay, and avoidable harm. These failures defeated the very purpose for which legal counsel was retained. Rebecca conduct constitutes a serious failure to meet professional standards of representation and reflects a breakdown in the attorney-client relationship. I no longer had confidence in this attorney's ability or willingness to represent my interests and therefore, as they say buyer beware.”

“Had a problem with a mobile home company Buda Dream Homes (Austin mobile homes) i had first gave a down payment of 7,000 the next time i went i was suposed to give less the 1,200 but instead they told me that i hd to give alost 5,000 because i wasnt aprroved by and bank so this was going to be and owner to owner thing. I told them they didnt metion to me that my down payment was going to go up. so i told them that i wanted my money back they told me that they couldnt give me my money back because there was a "law" that i had 10 days to back out. i told them that i didnt know and they said everyone knows that. They flat out told me they couldnt give me my money anymore. i mentioned to my landowner that i had at they time Vernon Tuck (Vernon Tuck Septic) and he told me to contact his cousin Joe. So i did the next day i called and asked if i could get an appoiment. Dianna gave me and appoiment that day during my lunch hr and i went. i told Joe everything and he told me that first we had to send a DPTA Letter and wait 60 days for them to respond. so thats what we did. Joe Also requested the $500 that i had paid to send them the letter. They ended up giving me my check back even though they didnt send it to Joes office like they where supposed too i had to go personaly to there office. Im very Happy I found Joes Laws Group very nice people definitely recommend them. Thank You!!!”

“This is a well established law office. He has been in business for over twenty years. We used him to do deed,and notes. The fees will be in line with other attorneys in Bastrop County.”

“If i could give no star i would. They dont listen to you and what you want done. There over priced and not helpful at all. Ask for advice and they ignore you. All they want is your money and they dont even finish the paperwork. They have missing names where there supposed to be names that are important to know. There are better attorneys then this one in Bastrop. Please save yourself and your money and go somewhere else.”

“This lawyer sent me a cease and desist letter from their client accusing me of something that I did not do. The claims were completely inaccurate and untrue. I guess they don't fact-check and just take their clients word for thing. What a joke.”
