“They don't do appointments and you have to sell your Kidney just to speak to somebody. Be prepared to sit in the waiting room all day. I sat for 20 min just sign in and then waited all day in the waiting room.”

“Client Services Office is where you go for Walk In Appointments, not here. It's located in building 13 and is called Fort Hood Tax Center on Google maps. The entrance is on the South side. Building 13 is South of COL Alton Kennedy Clinic. I went in for walk-in POA services. I signed in at the kiosk and waited about 20 minutes and completed the POA in about 5 minutes.”

“Better get in line an hour early. You'll be there forever otherwise. Also, packet pick up is 1600. Theres a line for that too. Get there early for that. Funny though, your soldiers packet may not be done at that time.”
