The only good thing was the gentleman did return my call promptly however when trying to ask a question because it's not in a legal "" attorney like question he then become hostile and rude so Mr. Waller needs to practice his bedside manner. No one wants to deal with someone who is rude.

I think you should look into the judge and district attorney surrounding the Aubriegh Wyatt case. Specifically, the gag order forced upon Heather Wyatt. I'm no lawyer, but I am trained in psychology and there was a very specific emphasis placed on conflict of interest. I'm betting it's the same with lawyers and judges. You have a judge that is friends with the family Of the main bully Molly Noblitt. Her father Monty Is an assistant superintendent. He is friends with the district attorney, and one of the judges involved in this. This is blatant conflict of interest. You need to have a special investigation Attorney and judge. This is gaining traction over social media. My question to you is, are you going to do anything about this?

I have been very disappointed in the way I was spoken down to (in condescending tone of voice) by Mr. Glen Waddle. I was seeking information regarding the status of an attorney & I didn't feel it was appropriate that anyone representing the MS Bar ASSociation should raise their voice to a member of the public. It was stressful to say the least, that this guy was so angry. It's sad that there are people that appear to have a "holier than thou" attitude when you have questions about the status of a member of the Bar. I just state the TRUTH. It's sad that this type of condescending tone of voice is used by a person that is supposed to be available to the public

Glen Waddle will not listen, interrupting, not helping one bit! What kind of checks my in-laws get shouldn't be of concern when you're only wanting to file a complaint against an attorney there for being snotty and choppy towards my father-in- law! There! Did I say that too fast!?!?

They are a joke! Turn in a guardian ad litem for not doing his job such as not calling witnesses. Filed the complaint had witnesses to back up my story and they didn't contact the witnesses against the guardian either. A waste of the tax payer's dollars is what they are!
