“Shann and staff are very friendly and knowledgeable, however, I felt I was misled considerably. I came to Shann looking to restructure my business. When we had our briefing, I was led to believe I was paying $5,000 to come up with various options, select an option, and then do this plan (maybe only having state filing fees). I spent $5,000 for a 30'ish page document which is written in legalese and difficult to truly understand, and be told that I needed to pay another $39,000 to implement the plans. I didn't appreciate paying $5,000 for a document A.I. could have created me and to be led to believe I was actually going to get the restructure for the money. Misleading like this is what destroys struggling small businesses trying to grow.”
