“Ms. Solinger was appointed to my case as a guardian ad litem, the retainer fee was $1500. I the plaintiff had to pay that fee if I even wanted to keep these children from going back to their dangerous home life , She never had to go to court once, The person I was in the court case with withdrawed, with the circumstances of our financial situation of already having four children, and then having two other children to support. I'll just say I believe she was leaning to rule in the favor of the person we were actually going against. But that person ended up overdosing in front of kids during weekend visit. So basically, she charged me $1500 to type up a report, I've never even seen and to make only one home visit during the duration of three months, I was told by my attorney during Christmas that she was going to make the visit because she had holiday plans and it was on her way out of town.”
