“Called to ask for help with advanced directive and staff who answered the phone refused to allow us to speak with attorney since we were not purchasing a full estate planning package with them. When asked if we could a least speak with the attorney to ask questions, it was a firm no, thank you, bye. We ended up calling another law firm that was much more compassionate.”
