“I met Elizabeth back in the 80's when she was a law clerk and I was a young lawyer. We worked together for several years and accomplished a whole lot back then. We both have great memories of the work we did for our clients and for our bar associations. In the years since, I have seen her tackle her practice and getting justice for her clients with the same energy and dedication she had all those years ago. Her passion for public service cannot be matched and her values and ethics make her a great fit for someone needing legal help. She received a national Difference Makers Award back in 2018 from the American Bar Association Solo Small Firm and General Practice Section for the work she does on behalf of her non-profit, The Living Legacy Center. She has a big heart but also knows how to successfully run a business. I would highly recommend Ms. Hilbun for any work she desires. Any client is lucky to have her as their lawyer.”

“Elizabeth is an attorney that cares! Sounds like an oxymoron, doesn't it? Well, in this case, it is not! In my experience, Elizabeth's approach with me as her client is that she truly cares about setting my family up for an easy transition to taking over the legal matters of my estate when the time comes that they will need to do so. It's not a matter of if, but when. That's a scary thing to think about. However, with Elizabeth's expertise and years of experience of probate law, she truly understands how to leave behind a legacy of love. The last thing you want your family to have to deal with if something unexpected (or not) happens to you, is trying to figure out how to manage your estate or worse, not having the ability to make medical decisions on your behalf. Having a Will in place protects your family from a lot of the legal & family conflict they may face in trying to make necessary decisions. Don't put off setting up your legacy of love. I have been a client of Elizabeth's since 2001; she is still just as caring and enthusiastic to take care of my needs in offering her legal advice now as she was 20 years ago.”
