“Absolutely 5 stars for this firm. Without putting details out there, our family needed assistance with a case modification and I set up an appointment for a consultation. The consultation process was very simple and quick. During our appointment Janice did the document review with us and explained everything step by step. All the staff we encountered was very nice and helpful especially Mollee who was never annoyed when I asked a million and one questions about the billing process, payments and anything else she was able to help us with. Once we are ready to file we will definitely go with this firm as they made us feel very secure and valued.”

“Very helpful experience, Mollee helped me understand the start up process and getting me scheduled with one of her amazing attorneys name Janice. She was very compassionate during the initial part of my inquiry to the firm. She didn't make me feel small when I explained what I was needing. My process through it all was amazing and I can't thank them enough for getting me through it all!”

“I have had six family law attorneys in the last seven years. This law firm was by far the worst I ever had. Janice told me it would be a slam dunk then after thousands of dollars and weeks I was told the case was almost nonexistent, and there was not much they could do to help me. They asked for more money and for me to spend more time away from work so that the case could be better for me. The firm billed me for meetings and conferences where paralegals and managers were making hundreds of dollars at a time. I feel I was treated unfairly by all of the staff I met. Some staff had an attitude. And some were just rude. After thousands and thousands of dollars spent, I basically had no case. I fired Janice and hired another attorney who was able to complete my case for half as much and I never had to fulfill extra duties like leaving work or driving hours away from home. When I got my last bill, weeks after I fired her, the firm had billed me another $2000 for emails between her and my new attorney, updating the case file, and downloading the file. This was the worst mistake I have ever made when hiring an attorney.”

“I agree with most of the 1 star reviews. As the person who paid Eggleston, I am flabbergasted at the $2000 in charges made while transferring the case to a new attorney, Joe Newberry, who did what Eggleston couldn't do and at half the cost and 1/4 of the time. If you are looking for a great attorney call Newberry Law and ask for Joe. His hourly rate was higher than Janice's $500 hourly rate but his ability to get work done successfully and quicker with exceptional results was well worth his rate. I encourage people to avoid Eggleston Law Firm at any cost.”
