“After retaining Ms. Branch to represent me in a family law matter, I personally experienced what I can only describe as a complete lack of effort, zero meaningful communication, and outright hostility any time I asked for updates or tried to discuss my case, all while paying $500 per hour. When I requested a mandatory accounting of my retainer, my requests were ignored or met with hostility. In my opinion, her representation was so far below any reasonable standard that I have today filed a formal grievance with the State Bar of Texas (Case Number: 202508738; 12/17/2025). I would never recommend her to anyone and sincerely hope the Bar's investigation protects future families from the same experience I had. This is my honest opinion based on my direct personal experience as her client. Photo added for additional context.”

“I am extremely disappointed with my experience at the Branch Law Firm in Rockwall, Texas, specifically with Miss Betsy Branch. I found her conduct to be highly unprofessional. Despite being provided with substantial evidence to support my case, she failed to present any of it during proceedings. Additionally, I believe she demonstrated a clear bias against me, and I would caution any man considering her services during a divorce case. What was most troubling is that, after being hired as my attorney, she appeared to align herself with opposing counsel, essentially representing my ex-wife without compensation. This was not only unethical but also felt like a complete betrayal of trust. I would strongly advise against working with this firm or Miss Branch. Professionalism and client advocacy should be a cornerstone of any legal practice, but unfortunately, that was not my experience here. One star is more than I would rate my experience.”

“Betsy Branch has been a huge blessing in my life when I was going through a tender situation of divorce. I appreciated the compassionate side of relating to mothers and I also appreciated her professional side when when had to "get down to business" for court. During family changes such as divorce it is never easy on anyone, especially the children. Having a level headed attorney such as Betsy made things go extremely smooth and a little painless compared to most cases that can drain the life out of you.
