“I sent a customer here to have title work cleared up. They left so discouraged they not only don't want to fix the problem but they no longer feel capable of buying a home. I sent them there motivated and I was willing to pay whatever it costed to have it corrected. They were given such a lazy response. A title blemish on rural American real estate is not rare or hard to over come. According to this office it's 6 weeks to 6 years, good luck. Yeah if you are guessing in a court system you don't know, maybe, however this is the county you claim to do business. I deal with the county courts enough to know this was a 1 star response following the 1 star service. I can't believe I advised someone to go to this office. If you have a problem, you better look for a problem solver because you aren't finding one here. After talking to the attorney briefly I am in no way surprised and will send all business out of town.”
