“If I could give them zero stars I would.. This place is the worse Title Company i have ever dealt with. Another reviewer said they were prejudice and unprofessional. I can't speak for the prejudice part, but most definitely unprofessional and out right liars. I've been trying to have some stale dated real estate checks that were issued from this office, reissued for my deceased Mother's Probate Estate. Instead of just confirming that the checks are still outstanding and reissuing them. They demanded a lot of documentation from me, that I was happy to provide. Even then after confirming receipt of said documents, this office chose to give me the run around. I've talked to so many people there, mostly Ellen, or was promised a particular person would return my call. Hailey on 10/19/23, who was suppose to be the office manager, never called me. I even left messages for Teresa A. Myers herself to call me. Nothing, Nada. Now if it's normal business practices for this Title Company to virtually steal deceased funds, SHAME! There is absolutely no reason that they should be holding those funds hostage unless the intent is to steal them. I've provided all of the necessary, required and pertinent documents they asked for and still not reissue the stale dated checks. WOULD I RECOMMEND THEM? NO! IF THEY WILL TRY TO SCREW MY MOTHER'S ESTATE OVER A SMALL AMOUNT OF STALE DATED CHECKS, JUST IMAGINE WHAT THEY'D TRY TO DO TO YOU CLOSING A LARGE DEAL. NOW I'LL HAVE TO FILE A LAWSUIT FOR SOMETHING THAT COULD HAVE BEEN SO SIMPLY RESOLVED IN A REISSUE. BUT SOME PEOPLE LIKE DOING THINGS THE HARD WAY.”

“Worst not bad worst experience ever as an investor and seller we had to push the escrow agent to work on our deal we got documents at 4:20 and expect us to be ready to close at 4:30 with wire and everything approved we were told they close at 5 and can't stay 1 minute later than 5 when we finished to sign another escrow officer escort us to leave and we can't stay any longer in the building for pictures and that our copies can be picked up the following day what ? Racists, unprofessional and beyond Don't even try to look at this title for your Real estate transactions specifically if you are a minority.”
