3.0“Several years ago when my parents wanted their wills made, I took them to Mr Tatum, The Will Shoppe. He & his secretary Mary were so helpful, kind & patient getting this done. They passed, I inherited the small home & land. Preparing to sell, deed still in mom & dad's name. Spoke with Mary, deed must be changed by their office, no charge to me, was included in will amount. Several messages left, no return call received. Tried to do myself with land office, they say no, attorney must do it. Stopped by Tatum's office, apparently nothing done. Still trying to this date to get it get done.”
