“This company didn't do the job. Robert Daniels bailed on me without even trying. Mr. Daniels agreed to work with me without a contract. Everything was all set up and ready to go, and he bailed because I mentioned to him via text that the time he chose to do the job may be too early due to still being dark..I'm guessing he didn't like my input and decided to bail on me...ZERO integrity. If you need a private Investigator in the Port Arthur area that has real integrity, go with Klein Investigations & Consulting they took the job without any issues.”

“If I could give ZERO stars I would. This man has ZERO respect for someone. For a company to ONLY be open 8 yes EIGHT MONTHS..... I would rethink how I dealt with the public.!!!! Today was THE FIRST DAY this man has even ATTEMPTED to reach me. And after just 2 failed attempts (one stop at my house one at my parents home) I got this message from him.... see below. keep in mind not ONCE did this man even attempt to call me... for whatever reason i cannot attach the text. but he was very rude and unprofessional. I hope Mr. Daniels.... I hope you find your way and learn to be more professional. Esp bc you are a minister! God bless you and your brand new company!!! Cheryl Hoffman”

“I had been having the worst luck getting my Estranged Husband the decree for our "uncontested & agreed upon" divorce for signature. I made contact with Robert at SETXLA and I am very glad that I did. He was not able to get the document to the individual in question, but that is of no fault of his own. He made multiple attempts to locate my EH, with no avail, however, he was able to confirm the residence as his living address and that alone is such a HUGE help to me moving forward since I am not working toward a contested divorce. The best part is I am in the DFW area, while the EH is in South Texas, and was able to take care of this with ease, confidence, and at a very reasonable rate. Thank you Robert for your hard work, time, & dedication to provide me with your assistance, samples of welcomed advice/experience, and kindness in a time that was made far more difficult by the actions of one petty and immature person.”
