Want a seamless experience when having to pay your ticket at this location? Call first don't just show up, give it a week, they can call you once it's in which can make it easier. Be mindful of their 12-1 lunch time and you will be okay. Make sure you have a hard copy of your insurance and drivers license ready. Then be nice, (your fault you got a ticket not theirs) ask what your options are and the sweet lady's at the front will advise you with your best interest at heart. Pay your citation ,ask for all the needed paperwork , be on your way , allocate 15-20 mins for paperwork to be processed and signed . Done :) My experience was seamless, I was in and out! Michelle was super nice and helped me and made sure I knew what my options were. Hopefully I won't need their help next time around but if I do, I know they have got my back :) -Chris

I was sent here from the Smith County courthouse to obtain an arrest record for a lengthy process we have been through. The lady that I asked was rude and way more concerned with why they sent us there. I just needed the information not to be interrogated.

Only giving 1 because I have to. I was told I could pay for my ticket over the phone but it's in my husband's name not mine. So that is understandable but being told by not only an employee and customer sorry they aren't taking anyone else and can't help when I drive 2 hours out of my way to pay my ticket up front full in cash and having an attitude of sorry were going on lunch break. Really? My job doesn't even allow that until the customer or violator is taken care of. The whole world is in crisis and I know that's a part of your job too. But you could have had more communication and let me know before I drove out here. There is no compassion or kindness anymore sadly. So if I get another ticket today for my turning signals or lights being out I will be contesting that. Very poor job. Her name is kerrie

The office was closed September 25 thru 27, 2024. No reason given. Just a notice posted on the door. Had to file eviction on the 30th. Asked why they were closed, "We were closed", was the answer. Not great for people who need to do business. The closing wasn't listed on the website either.

It seems like there hours online don't ever match the times they are there and 6 out of 7 calls over the past 2 months during regular hours always end up going to voicemail
